and Soul
The Ultimate destination for all things related to a mind and body!
ABOUT
I'm excited to have you here. Today, we're going to into the importance of maintaining a strong brain and cardiovascular system. These two systems are absolutely vital to our existence and are the very core of our identity and functionality.
Neuroscience explores the brain's role in connecting mind and soul, revealing how thoughts, emotions, and consciousness emerge. It examines locomotion, perception, cognition, decision-making, and memory—the core functions shaping how we move, interpret, and experience the world. Below is a brief overview of these aspects before diving into the details.

Movement: Power within us
Humans have roamed the world for centuries. The property in us is endowed by the motor system. The limbs our wheels are powered by the motor cortex. Commands to do so are stored in the premotor cortex . Message is relayed to the muscles via the spinal cord, through the motor neurons with the cell body embedded in the spinal cord and the axon travelling through the nerves and ending in the muscles. .
MIND
The word "mind" traces its origins back to Old English, where it was known as "gemynd," signifying memory and thought. Its roots run even deeper, stemming from an Indo-European term meaning "to revolve in the mind." The mind represents the essence of our mental processes—the incredible capacity that enables us to be conscious of the world, to think, and to feel.
SOUL
The soul is the immaterial essence of a being, often seen as the core of identity, transcending physical existence. Across traditions, it's viewed as eternal, the seat of emotions, consciousness, and morality. Metaphorically, the soul represents our deepest passions, dreams, and sense of self, driving us to seek meaning and connect with something greater.
COGNITION
Awareness, language, ability to remember and performance is unique to human beings. These functions are sub served at various levels of the brain.
PERCEPTUAL
INPUT
Visual system empowers us to see the colors, shapes and make sense of objects and animal and their behavior. Somatosensory perception allows us to feel the worldly comforts, through physical touch, and air movement.
